| Glee’s 2nd Season ‘Britney Spears’ Episode Spoiler Posted: 03 Aug 2010 08:22 PM PDT Glee’s 2nd season was announced to be the ‘Britney Spears’ episode. Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison gives some hints about the episode.
"It's gonna be a really big episode…I've always loved Britney Spears, and I get to do something REALLY cool," she said. "What I loved about the episode is there's old songs, there's new songs, and Ryan (Murphy) also does what was really cool in the Madonna episode, how he took a song and had the boys sing it. He does the same thing with Britney and I can't wait to hear it because the idea sounds so cool." "I am singing a classic Britney Spears song that I'm so excited about. I am recreating a Britney video, but I can't say what it is yet," she added. Matthew Morrison, on the other hand, revealed that Mr. Schuster will be anti-Britney: "I like Britney. I got in trouble earlier for comments I made saying I'm anti-Britney, but I'm not. I think in this episode they're going to mirror those comments and I'm going to be very anti-Britney in the episode because I don't like what she represents…It's gonna be a lot of fun and some crazy stuff is gonna happen," he said. |
| Lindsay Lohan released from Jail after Serving 13 days, Now in Rehab Posted: 03 Aug 2010 08:16 PM PDT Actress Lindsay Lohan was released from jail early Monday after serving 13 days of a 90-day sentence for violating her probation on a 2007 drunk-driving charge.
Lohan, 24, was booked into an all-female jail in south Los Angeles on July 20 and placed in solitary confinement — a blow to newspaper headline writers who had excitedly predicted she would be victimized by lesbian gangs. Her sentence was reduced for good behavior and under early-release programs to combat overcrowding in Los Angeles' budget-strapped jail system. Entertainment website E! Online reported that Lohan was released at 1.35 a.m. Monday but somehow managed to avoid the dozens of camera crews waiting outside the jail for her. Her freedom is expected to be short-lived though as her sentence also mandates she begin an immediate 90-day stint in rehab. According to celebrity website TMZ.com, Lohan will be treated for bipolar disorder and an addiction to amphetamines. Both TMZ and rival outlet Radaronline.com said Lohan would head to a facility operated by the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Hospital System in West Los Angeles. Source ABC News |
